Defective product

Please check the product promptly after it arrives. For initial defective products, we will exchange new ones.

Return Period/ Returns

● Conditions for accepting returns
If you are not satisfied, you can return the product after use if you can contact us within one week after the arrival of the product. We will refund the full price of your item within 3 days after return. (* Please note that products are intentionally broken if they are broken intentionally.)

● Return shipping and handling charges
In the case of initial failure, we will pay.
In the case of customer convenience, the customer will be charged.

● Customer convenience exchange / return
In principle, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.
We ask that you purchase after understanding.

● About refund
The refund amount is only the product price.
Other fees are not included.

Return Fees

Customer's return will be at the expense of the customer. When it corresponds to a defective product, we will bear it.
